Just got a used Jeep from a different dealership , hardly any mileage on it . An engine light came on and I was so disappointed. Called Braby and their service manager came out , scanned the codes and updated a service bulletin that hadn't been taken care of for me ! The Jeep runs great and I'm very happy and impressed ! Fantastic customer service and a great team inside the dealership . Highly recommend 👍
The finance manager Warren, and sales manager Jerrit are true professionals!! They are both very experienced and can help anyone navigate car buying, Jerrit was so awesome to work with and Warren is a finance expert !!! EXCEPTIONAL Service…!! After spending the day visiting multiple dealerships in Kamloops looking for a half-ton pickup, we were honestly feeling pretty discouraged.
