Someone driving a box truck for this company ran a clearly red light with plenty of time to stop. The light was red and the other light was green already when the box truck flew through the intersection. The cars with the green had to pause and wait for them to barrel through. Zero concern for public safety.
For the first appointment on 7/28, Greg didn't show up and called me 45 minutes after the appointment time to say he was running late. Okay, things happen. So we scheduled another appointment for one week later at the same time. Not only did Greg not show up, he didn't even call. I finally called him an hour and fifteen minutes after our appointment, and he had absolutely nothing to say. Not even an apology. Terrible customer relations and totally unreliable.
