Aliyah the receptionist was extremely rude on the phone with me and even made a comment on a personal detail very disrespectful and un professional

They were organized, professional, and got the job done efficiently. Overall, it was a solid experience, and I’d definitely recommend them if you need reliable title services.
Closing for the estate of our deceased loved one, the employee showed little empathy and understanding for our situation saying "Congratulations!"🎉 to the group (buyers AND sellers) as if this was a happy occasion for all involved. Going forward, it might be worth considering to separate buyers from sellers at closing in this situation because it was anything but a happy occasion for us. Also some sensitivity training would be helpful when addressing family of the deceased.
