Closing for the estate of our deceased loved one, the employee showed little empathy and understanding for our situation saying "Congratulations!"🎉 to the group (buyers AND sellers) as if this was a happy occasion for all involved. Going forward, it might be worth considering to separate buyers from sellers at closing in this situation because it was anything but a happy occasion for us. Also some sensitivity training would be helpful when addressing family of the deceased.
Great people no question they are knowledgeable and know exactly what they are doing they are flexible and do anything they can to help ensure things go smoothly for you 10/10 will look to use there services in the future
