Jordan took over our condo association and has not provided financial statements, insurance documents etc since she took over. She is breaking the law not providing these documents but tells us our condo bylaws are outdated. It is Minnesota statutes 515.01 through 515.29!!! Those are not outdated. I would not recommend Braaten Properties as a property manager for various reasons. We contracted them to manage two of our homes and after the initial leases on each home expired, our properties sat empty for 4 & 5 months. There seemed to be a lack of motivation or effort to rent our homes or even suggestions on improving the homes to impress potential tenants. Horrible! Landlord (Jordan) is extremely childish, non professional and doesn't know how to run a business. Bed bugs throughout the whole building. Will gossip about other tenants such as who was evicted and who she thinks is a loser. Will pound on your door early demanding rent same day if it's not in your hands or don't have it then and there she will threaten eviction and yell it so other tenants can hear.
