They should sale their business. The owner has no business working in this sector of repairs. Poor business acumen, very weak knowledge of modern day appliances. He may have some appliance knowledge of older models, but definitely not newer models. Here's my scenario. I called B&R in early April. The owner sent his son out to troubleshoot my ice maker. sold me a broken washer for 200.00. said to never contact him again when trying to set up a time to bring me another. Said I was a liar for whatever reason. I just want my money back now. I'm just shocked

My refrigerator was leaking water. Sears repairman told me there was nothing wrong with refrigerator and to call a plumber. Not a plumbing issue. Steve was able to come over right away when I called and fixed the problem easily. The charge for repair was very reasonable. I would recommend calling B&R if you are in need of appliance repair!
They are honest, reliable and offer great service for far less than the cost of new appliance. They know their stuff.
