Our whole process with Black Pine Property Management was easy and efficient, we’re very grateful we got approved within 24 hours . they are kind and honest about the questions we have asked them, to be honest I was only a bit sketched out at first because I prefer to talk over the phone type stuff lol and they are very online based but open to calls of course. Black Pine has always been great to work with and exceeded my needs. 10/10 recommend!
Beware, the list all their properties at $500 less than the real price, then in the body of the listing, they state it’s ONLY for the first month, and rent goes up after that. If they’re willing to lie up front like this, I imagine honesty isn’t their priority.
We have been a vendor of Black Pine for several years. They are so great to work with. Many talk bad about property managers, but Black Pine is by far the most responsive, wants to do what's right for their tenants and homeowners, and always pays their bills :) Highly recommend Brianna and Black Pine!
This place is a SCAM. They had us pay all kinds of application fees for a property that they already had rented out. They were so great and responsive prior to us paying all the fees but as soon as we paid them they completely disappeared and never got back to us!
