This place is a SCAM. They had us pay all kinds of application fees for a property that they already had rented out. They were so great and responsive prior to us paying all the fees but as soon as we paid them they completely disappeared and never got back to us!
My wife and I own three rental properties in Caldwell Idaho. When Brianna stepped in, she promptly had repairs made to a vacant rental, then turned around and got it rented within a couple of weeks after taking over. She is very organized and seems to have a solution for everything. I cannot give her a higher praise! She’s the The best!
I highly recommend Black Pine Property Managementt. Brianna is very knowledgeable whether screening tenants, collecting payments, maintenance and repairs. I know i'm getting full value for my property without the stress.
