we moved with BR moving services and the move went well. other than a broken leg from our coffee table everything was excellent and the guys were very friendly. in our contract, they were supposed to pay us 60 cents a pound but they mailed us a check for 100 dollars which was very unexpected. great service and great business practices. we were very happy with BR moving services. would like to thank Br Movers for our last minute Move. From the beginning of move the customer service was great and the estimate was what the salesman said and the Movers were professional and curious. They arrived just 10 mins early which was okay, 4 guys plus 1 in the truck, They started packing right away. Smoothly completed the task within the allotted time and without any damages. Thank you for making our move so easy.
I was impressed by how well they packed our stuff up for transit. The process went very smoothly and there was zero damages to any of our goods. They wrapped all the stuff up very tight and they did not skimp on using materials. They were true professionals and their work reflected that. They had all the proper equipment and they packed all the stuff up very tight and carefully. I got delivery when promised and I had no extra charges. The move went as well as I could have hoped and there was no extra charges.
they were friendly, affordable and made the entire moving experience so easy! I can honestly say this was the easiest move I've experienced just quality work done and all of my belongings delivered in perfect condition. Movers were Extremely pleasant & professional, They got the job done efficiently without causing any damage, and maintained a cheerful attitude. We will definitely use them again !!!
2 dining room chairs were damaged and artwork glass was shattered in the move. While Ron attempted to get the items fixed, it is clear that one chair needs to be replaced. Meanwhile, the other two items have been with Ron for more than two months, and despite numerous attempts to learn the status, I can't get anyone on the phone. They moved all my things on time and not a single item damaged. I just unpacked my new home and am so thankful I didn't hire careless movers. They informed me about everything through the entire process regarding when my shipment will be picked up as well as when my shipment will be delivered I have already recommended them to my friends and will continue to in future also.
It was totally affordable and low price without any secret. I suggested one of my friends to use its service. Great job !
