I love KICKBOXING, absolutely amazing classes. Our early morning instructor (Kyle) is phenomenal, he sets the tone for each class. I love everything about the Prairieville location. Kickboxing is for all fitness levels, Kyle keeps us motivated from start to finish.
Kyle at the Prairieville location is so professional and really helpful. Before coming to his Breakfast Club 6am class I hated exercising but now I look forward to it. If you want to get fit and have fun at the same time please please join! You won’t be disappointed.

I absolutely love BR Krav Maga in Prairieville! Not only do the coaches make it a friendly and fun atmosphere but they are also super helpful when it comes to meeting your goals. They also offer classes several times a day which makes it easier to fit into your schedule. I'd highly recommend BRKM!
