Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment

I was satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

**Update** After filing a BBB complaint and posting this review,upon returning to the dentist to finish my husbands work, the dentist took us both aside and spoke to us personally about my issues. I feel much better than I did before about them as a business. I probably will go ahead and get my work done through them as overall they did good work on my hubby's mouth. I am now sure that they had good intentions its just that things came across badly initially. Also I am now sure that their are no kickbacks involved.Just be ca... read more
