Great service
Called on my way, took 30 min. arrive. No one answered the phone, walked in 2 employees at the front counter, wasn't busy, and was way overpriced! Would have saved me time and gas if they had picked up the phone!
Often times we only leave reviews when we've had a bad experience, I must say, my transaction started off a little rocky due to misinformation provided by customer service, however, shout out to Blaine on the e-commerce team. After several email communication's between he and I over how I would be reimbursed for my CORE chg. on a transmission I purchased, I thought I was not going to be able to get my money back due to I don't live in any area where B & R is located. Customer service was A+,.. by a number of their employees. My parts condition were as described B+. Sales person "Timothy F"..A+.. (Oregon)... E Comerce Guy "Spence", A+ (Oregon),.. Plus the Lady Shipping Customer Service Rep. In Oroville. A+ She confirmed my parts order was in the Will Call spot... I drove a distance to get to Oroville for Pick -Up B & R ... did a GREAT job for me.
