Come here if you want to deal with long wait times, incorrect parts lists, incorrect shipping times, and unhelpful staff. Takes them forever to answer the phone and half the time I just get put to voicemail.
**DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Bought a part with cash. They obviously pulled the wrong part. Becuase it was cash, they have to mail a check refund. It’s been 5 weeks. The best part is they can’t give you any confirmation email and or text. Absolute joke of a business.
They were fantastic. We’d been stonewalled everywhere else we looked, and the parts were hundreds of dollars. We not only found exactly what we were looking for but we also got it at a fraction of what other places were trying to up charge us at. Friendly, competent service and extremely knowledgeable about what they do. Thank you Sean, you guys are miracle workers!!! Definitely coming back for all our auto needs in this area, and absolutely coming back for the RX8 in the back!!
I called B&R to buy some parts for my grandmother's car. Tessa was absolutely wonderful to deal with! Walked me through everything to make sure I got the correct parts and additional parts I didnt even know was needed when replacing some of these things. 10 out of 10 recommended. Very knowledgeable and parts came quick! Will definitely be calling her again if i ever need to!
