Needed a sun visor for my van. OEM would have cost me 3x over what it was going for used. B&R was the only place in the US that had it in stock in the correct color to match my vehicle. Ordered online from their website at my offered price, which they accepted. While it took awhile to go cross country, the delivery was smooth. Item came super well wrapped in a giant box. They low balled me without even looking at my truck
I can't recommend this place less I ordered a rim for my truck and needed it by a certain date. The order was late also it took them forever to find the paperwork and part(they couldn't locate there own parts) just for them to give me the incorrect part. Very unorganized and I would recommend finding your parts elsewhere. So now I have to go spend double or triple the price because I now am in a rush to get the part.
Fishy, maybe even fraud. Told me they had the engine I needed and once I paid for it, they called me to tell me they couldn't find it on the shelf. But OF COURSE, there was another option FOR MORE MONEY, with MORE MILES, that had coincidentally the same parts broken as the one I had originally ordered (timing cover)... hmm.
