They had one of the part I was looking for, and the other, they offered suggestions on finding it. Good place to go to get the stuff you need.
Needed a sun visor for my van. OEM would have cost me 3x over what it was going for used. B&R was the only place in the US that had it in stock in the correct color to match my vehicle. I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. 1. I had never dealt with a salvage yard before, and due to my life situation, I had to “learn the hard way.” From the very beginning, I was treated with bias, as if I was wasting their time — even though I had already waited for a long time.
