Put on hold for an extreme amount of time then no one could tell me if my part was there I would have to come look for myself fine and dandy but I’m not driving 350 miles to look around a yard for something that might not be there

Went to look for a bunch of random small-ish things. The guys were very helpful and courteous. Got what I needed for a great deal!
Horrible service, I ordered a transmission last week, it has not been either shipped or confirmed. I tried calling them for hours since last week, no one wants to answer the phone. I left messages, no answer. This is the worse company for service in the USA. Totally unprofessional. I am asking for a refund from my credit card company.
Melissa was an awesome help today when I was looking for a Honda dash fan knob today. Even went out of her way to help me find where the car was in the yard.

In the 10 years I have been dealing with Frank Behr I have found him to be a man of integrity & character. In the very few instances of a problem, one phone call resolved the issue. Frank is always courteous & extremely willing to go the extra mile to help. I could not recommend anyone more then I recommend Frank as a business contact. Sincerely, Rich Salstrom. So much better than Nevada Pic-A-Part. I had an old 2002 Lincoln LS that wasn't running anymore which was stuck in a parking lot. I decided to get rid of it and get a little money out of it. Tried Nevada Pic-A-Part but let's just say it was a huge mistake. I filled out the form in the B&R Auto Wrecking website at http://www.autowrecking.com/ and Krista sent me an email the next morning and had offered me $300.
