Literally useless. You try and call no one answers you can get a call back but it takes 2 days. But you go in and they are just chillin on thier phones like why can no one answer my call then? Drive 30 mins cuz no one answers the phone. Can’t go in yourself and pull any parts. Asked him for a couple of vehicles and he looks at the pictures and goes ehh hard to tell and I’m like yeah can Somone go look for me? He says no. I asked how people usally get parts like that then. What a joke. They wanted 65$ for a master power switch for an 06 Grand Cherokee. Those cost 18$ brand new on Amazon with free returns. Of course I didn't pay their ridiculous prices. I will never shop with these guys again. Marketplace is way better!! They pay 2 or 300$ for a car and then sell stuff for more than the new price! No thanks!
