I have no complaints, thus the 5-☆ rating. I was a little surprised at the phone tree, & waiting on hold for a human being, but I guess that's the way of the world these days. The rep I got was friendly; I requested a quote for a specific part and she obtained it quickly (the quote was $11.00 cheaper than what I paid thru my mechanic; so again, no complaints).
