Super friendly and negotiable, very helpful and understanding
Well I'm from eugene bought a part online from eugene. Part wouldn't be available here for over 24 hours so was told I could go to Albany and pick it up. By time I got to Albany they had already shipped it to Eugene and guess it was at Eugene already unlike the 24 hour wait I was told. So it was a wasted trip all the way up there and back. But I do like B&R they are very reasonable on their prices and can get most anything. I still will give 5 stars.
Very helpful, couldn't locate the car luckily they new exactly where it was for me.
