The location of the apartment is extremely beneficial and close to the University. Truthfully, you can not find a more afford place or price to live, as a college student! Most importantly, the inside of the apartment is super space-ish.
I lived on the lower floor for about a year. It is a very nice apartment next to Philadelphia Street, and a short walk to the IUP campus. The rent includes all utilities. It is a exceptional deal for the price. The landlord is prompt when any maintenance is needed.
The apartment is really good and close by to the university . It keeps us warm and comfortable during snow times. Most of restaurants and shops are close by which again is an advantage. Definitely recommended place !!!
I lived on the lower level and it was a very nice apartment. There was a lot of personal and communal storage space. Each bedroom had a large table, chair, bed and, multiple outlets. The kitchen area was a little small but I loved the breakfast bar. I would highly recommend this apartment to someone who is looking for a clean, fully furnished place that includes utilities!
