Jay and Bryan arrived right on time and were very thorough with cleaning our extremely dirty air ducts. Jay made sure to explain the whole process and even showed me the results once they finished. The vents look so much better and the air feels fresher in our Fallston home. I really appreciate how much effort they put into making sure everything was spotless. I needed my air ducts and chimney cleaned, so I called B&R Air Duct Service after seeing their great reviews. They scheduled me for the very next day and gave me a courtesy call right before arriving. Scott explained how the cleaning would work and got started right away. Everything was cleaned up nicely before he left. The service was excellent and the price was fair. I’ll definitely use them again.
b&r air duct service did an amazing job with our air duct cleaning! the team was on time, very professional, and left everything spotless. our dryer vent is tough to get to, but todd found the best way to clean it and didn't even charge extra for making two trips. the final price was even lower than the first estimate and much better than any other quotes we received. we will definitely use their air duct cleaning services again!
