Horrible experience constantly having to wait around for answers to my questions. Could never speak to Betsy herself, either she was was not in, late or with a customer. Only had one appointment with her to which she showed up late. Then the final appointment her secretary cancelled as I pulled into the parking lot. Oh and apparently only one person is qualified to do taxes out of the staff. Ridiculous. Do not recommend.
