Very spacious gym with lots of equipment. I like that nothing is broken. The two people who clean at night the slim guy and the nice lady are very good people. No complaints.
Beware they tell you to cancel of the 17 and when you show up they tell you, you will be charged one more month because you didn’t cancel before the 15. I have been a member of this gym since 2012, back and forth. They use to be huge and spacious but the odor use to be really bad. Be carful when you get memberships here. You will be charged additional if you trust them. They have untrustworthy front desk staff. Be carful before joining!!!
The vibe is horrible now, miss the old humble BQE. *Update* For the record, I've been a loyal BQE gym member for the last few years. I recently had a medical issue in March/April which I explained to staff the one time I was able to travel to the gym, as stated in May. I went up to the front desk asking for a replacement parking pass, as mine had expired; but instead I was met with a policy change.
