Too early to give the final verdict. When I visited, my Tesla Y was left outside in the hot sun and one window was unable to fully close due to the damage. I was worried the rain will get in and damage the controls on the door if it rains. I hope there will not be delays like reported in other reviews. Thanks!
If you are a Tesla owner, don’t take your vehicle there. They didn’t charge my car before release the vehicle to me, when there was only 43% battery left, when charging a repaired Tesla to 80% battery capacity after repair is a standard practice for some reputable Tesla repairers. Too early to give the final verdict. When I visited, my Tesla Y was left outside in the hot sun and one window was unable to fully close due to the damage. I was worried the rain will get in and damage the controls on the door if it rains. I spoke to them and they said they will cover the car if it rains. A bit concerned about how well they will take care of my car with respect to the weather and the exposure. But, I take their word that the car would get covered or sheltered in case of a rain.
The team were lovely they kept me in the loop every step of the way and made my Tesla look as good as new.
Had my car fixed at BPS after someone crashed into me. Monica and the team were fantastic. Very responsive and got the car back shiny and fixed.
