Really disappointed. Ordered 25 shirts for our staff. Not only did it take over 3 months to arrive but we ordered according to the size guide on their website and when the shirts arrived they were HUGE. Apparently it was my mistake as I didn't order women's shirts... however we ordered according to what was on the website after not having any response in emails. I could have pitched a tent under mine and slept there. It has gone straight in the bin. Tried to negotiate and reorder for some staff but BPromo were not happy to d... read more

Worst customer service I have experienced. Ordered a whole bunch of uniforms in February and after being told they would take 6-7 weeks to be completed, I waited 6 months for them to finally get here. In that time I was given several deadlines they didn't meet, they ignored my calls and emails, told me it was due to a staff member leaving the business and not handing over his work, was told it was a covid issue and now when I have asked for my money back are blatantly avoiding my calls and not responding to emails. Travis at bpromo facilitated Breastscreen ACT obtaining some beautiful scrub tops for the radiographers and nurses to wear. The quality of the tops is second to none. They are comfortable and incredibly functional, even with a standard loop for nurse's keys. We've had so many compliments on these already. I wish we could get more.
