BPM Medical denied once in a lifetime care, and access to the services I need. They said no, to an opportunity provided by my employer at the time: $7000 mental health spending, and a full term leave requested BY my employer. BPM Medical said no. I was terminated by that employer, BECAUSE I did not take their request seriously. BECAUSE BPM medical said NO. I saw Dr. Levenstadt in 2020 during a really difficult time in my life when I was experiencing neurological symptoms. He and his assistant were kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel heard. At the time, my imaging didn’t show what he suspected—but now, years later, it turns out he was right. I just wanted to thank him and let him know that. I'm not a patient at BPM but I saw Dr. Levenstadt via the Preston Appletree on a couple of occasions in 2017 when I was in between family doctors and have never forgotten his compassionate bedside manner, and the sense of dedication I felt from him. Here I am 8 years later recalling my time with him, and thought I would leave a review. Thanks Dr. L.

BPM is a fantastic (non walk-in) clinic with a great, kind staff. I've been with them for a few years now, and every appointment I had was on time (even when they seem busy) and they always show compassion during one-on-ones.
