Tony and Team are by far the best inspectors I have worked with! Him and his team are very thorough and professional! Would highly recommend!
These guys know their stuff, inside outside top to bottom they’ll let you know what’s happening with your dream property that you are perspectively buying. Do not buy a home without having Tony or inspected first.!!
The level of detail and their reports is outstanding pictures to back it up you name it. it gave me a great leverage point in negotiating the price on my property. Well worth every penny
I don't recommend this company or doing business with Michael Gaurnier the owner. Got me in trouble about an AC job with a client that now I lost points because he just doesn't pay attention to details. It's simple, read the signs and if you can't figure it out, all you have to do is ask!!!
Michael should be more attentive and ask for help if not sure how things work, instead he goes around and bashes people for lack of his attention to details
