I live in the heritage house East in Howard beach 84-39 and 84-29 153rd Ave which is managed by the BCP management. The management and the board runs this condo like the projects. I was better off saving my money applying for welfare and getting a free apartment in the queens bridge projects. The management is unresponsive and the board is nonfunctional.
