These guys make my blood boil. I don't usually bash anyone but this guy was the worst experience ever but after all the great reviews decided to give them a try. My advice is to avoid them at all costs. Ride away as fast as you can. They added and charged for parts without permission and tried to sell me something more that was not even needed. All I wanted was a 3 hole oil change when I got the bike back home oil was dripping all over the shop floor and the bike. When confronted, Handlebar mustache guy..said oops sorry. Sor... read more

Gotta join many others rating BPA Inc. so highly, and appreciating the honest, top-notch work they do. I needed a new shop in the area, so I dropped by to grill them before taking my Tri-Glide in for work. I wanted to get an idea how much they'd try to sell me parts and labor I didn't need. They beat a dealership's pricing and overall repair experience HANDS-DOWN. I'm glad I found them. The work was done quickly and expertly and at a very reasonable price.
