This orthodontist office has been wonderful! The location is convenient, and even though I live on Long Island, I don't mind the drive because the experience is worth it. There's plenty of parking, which is always a plus. The office staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, whether I'm scheduling or rescheduling an appointment. I started my braces journey with Dr. Lisa Valian at Jamaica Hospital. When she retired and moved away, all of her patients, including myself, were transferred to BP Smiles.
