BP Residential cleaned my furnace in December of 2014. My furnace broke down last night and I called a repair man from a different company who pulled off the pilot light and showed me how it had not been cleaned most likely since the installation of my furnace in '99. He said it was the most basic, essential part of a furnace cleaning. I paid the second repairman $89 to do what the BP representative should have done in the first place.
