We recently hosted an event at BP Energy Center and while the venue itself was adequate, our experience was severely impacted by the manager Michael’s unprofessional attitude. From the start, he was outright rude, making it clear that customer service was not a priority. Simple requests were met with irritation, and instead of offering solutions. Such a great 0lace to hold your event. This is our second time doing the Alaska emergency Nurses Association Convention at the BP Energy Center and they have been so accommodating and wonderful
My favorite place for a conference. Good location with easy parking and great views. It's a clean updated facilities which is easy to navigate with plenty of rooms. It could use more bathrooms considering the size but they're well cared for. The staff is friendly and responsive. The building itself has a nice layout with plenty of natural light.
Great place for meetings or events, even had a Christmas parry here
