Excellent conference spaces
The venue is conveniently located in a beautiful forest oasis right in midtown. The rooms are clean and nicely appointed for simple meetings. All the staff are professional and very helpful. I've hosted and attended many meetings here and look forward to working with them again soon.
Whoever took over for BP is doing a poor job of keeping up the building. The exterior is dirty, walkways messy, and overall quality of service is subpar. I'm glad non profits get to use it, but it's not the same quality.
We recently hosted an event at BP Energy Center and while the venue itself was adequate, our experience was severely impacted by the manager Michael’s unprofessional attitude. From the start, he was outright rude, making it clear that customer service was not a priority. Simple requests were met with irritation, and instead of offering solutions.
