Love our new roof!! Great experience. I was dreading this process, but Bill and his team (led by Jesus) were fantastic! They were professional, skilled, fast—and even fun to have around. Despite an unexpected thunderstorm with lightning and heavy rain, they finished in just five days and saved our home from major water damage. They already had plastic on-site and worked quickly to get everything covered. (They got soaked in the process!) Highly recommend!

We recently had to scramble to get our roof replaced so we wouldn't get dropped by insurance, and got a very strong recommendation for BP from a previous customer. When Bill came out to do an estimate I immediately understood why. He stood out from the other roofers we consulted in how much time he spent with me to discuss the project and how detailed his assessment and advice was. Had a great experience with BP Custom Roofing. They replaced my roof a couple of weeks ago. Bill is down to earth and explained everything from beginning to end. The workers were punctual and the clean up was thorough. ( my porch was actually cleaner than before the new roof. ) There were no surprises and everything went according to plan. I got 4 estimates before choosing them. They weren't the cheapest nor the most expensive but I'm glad I went with them.

We are ExTrEmEly happy with our new roof by BP custom roofing. They were very easy to work with. Their ease of communication, competitive pricing, and excellent reviews made them an easy choice for us. We had a structural issue that was hidden by our old roof that they were able to fix and still finish in 4 days. Their attention to detail is impressive. Now we look up at our roof and smile every time we walk by. If we could give them 6 stars we would, so we did.

So many great things to say about Bill, B.P. Custom Roofing, and his crew. He put a new roof on our Mission Viejo home over twelve years ago, and the quality and service were excellent. Recently we've had an issue with the manufacturing design of the peak vent, and Bill went above and beyond to upgrade and replace not only the faulty area but the entire peak vent. Lots of integrity and customer service there!
