I baught a car from here and transmission went out in 30 miles they wouldn’t fix it or refund me I also baught a warranty when I baught the car but they aren’t fixing it either because they think the dealership sold to me with a bad transmission these people are crooks and scumbags if they didn’t all carry a gun in there I’d go up in there and give them all I got busting noses for how they done me and others sadly I didn’t read reviews till after I baught but also if ur reading this and ur planning on going there do not they... read more

Bought a truck from here. Was told it was in great shape and test drove it after we had to jump the battery. Drove and rode great. The check engine light came on on the way home, 2 days later starter went out, pulley on AC compressor froze up and had to replace belt and pulley, had to change map sensor as well. Nelson said it was because of the stuff they clean the motor with. Do not go to this place. They will take advantage of you regardless who you are. They don’t care about you, only themselves. Take your money and business elsewhere and you will be way better off for it. They are already under investigation. This business is shady and the people who work there are just scum under my shoe. They dont want to make things right (and they sure as hell know what im talking about) I will keep spreading bad (yet true) reviews on every single media outlet possible. they sold me a van that within not even four months later, the transmission is going out and needing a new one. they gave me the run around with calling the warranty company. they laughed at me over the phone. it didn't even get driven that much due to COVID-19.

They took advantage of a mother who just lost her child, sold her a van with a bad transmission and continue to give her the run around. Do not waste your time here.

Bought a 2013 Dodge Journey from them, good pricing but a few hours after buying it the check engine light popped on, took it to a mechanic and it needs a torque converter(transmission work) after bp auto sales had told me it had no problems at all. They obviously cleared the check engine light before I bought it. Got ahold of them told them the issue, they was no help. Not happy about buying this car from them. They had to have known it had this problem they also told me they changed the oil and they had not.

I messaged these people and told them I would be there to buy a vehicle with cash in hand. I gave them a time and everything since I was 2 hrs away. when I got there they said they sold it 2 hrs ago. They couldn't even let me know before I wasted 4 hrs driving for nothing. And the salesman got very rude and loud when I tried to explain how a quick message to save me my afternoon wouldn't have been too much to ask for.
