Nice building & helpful staff prevents this from being a 1 star. But if you wanna live with some of the most negligent dog owners that let their dogs bark for hours on end in a building with already thin walls then I have the apartment for you.

My husband and I have had a great experience. We lived here back in 2020 and we are both so grateful to be residents again. The leasing office is fantastic and very attentive. Dana was so nice and helpful during our entire move in process. They have so many resident events to make life here fun! We love that the location is so convenient it’s only about a 12 minute drive to DC. One of my favorite perks is the complimentary coffee machine they have in the lobby. I requested a transfer to a more affordable unit due to financial constraints, and despite our long-term residency and willingness to remain part of the community, the management declined the request. The property manager stated that lateral transfers from one 1-bedroom apartment to another are not allowed, and further explained that the lease agreement is legally binding to a specific unit and rate for its duration. *update* - the building has resolved its issues with the fitness center which is great. Dana is fantastic and there are some great people in the building. There's still a severe issue with packages as well as some other things but credit where it's due.
