Run as fast as you can!!! I own a Bozzi home and the test of quality is time. My Bozzi home came with a 10 year home warranty. In year number 8 my roof had multiple leaks. I contacted the warranty company and guess what, the roof warranty was only good for 5 years. I had to replace my roof out of pocket. I was told the problem was, not all the shingles where properly nailed down on the back side of the house.
