TL;DR: Honest, detailed, and not pushy—Bozeman Lock & Safe made a new alarm system feel easy and secure. Highly recommend. Needed handles changed out in our office and helped unstick some doors that were oddly jammed. Staff and front desk are friendly and communicate well.
