We had a difficult time in the beginning due to being foreigners and in the need of ITIN numbers but with Lucis help we got there in the end and are happy to say that a completed sale has just taken place and money is in our bank account. But, when my job is depending on others to have their part of the deal done, in this case, the IRS agents, there isn't much that could be done, besides waiting for the ITIN. We were very happy to find ourselves teamed up with luci when we began our hunt for a new home in Montana! Moving from another state and trying to keep the purchase moving from thousands of miles away seemed like it would be a much more challenging feat for us to pull off. Luckily we had Luci helping us.
