I have my chef knives sharpened once a year and there is only one person I will allow...that is Bob! I have had other people sharpen some of my other knives and that was always the death of an expensive knife. But Bob is amazing, charges a very fair price, incredibly knowledgable and very kind (we always end up talking for an hour). He is now making his own knives and they are unbelievable. Some of the best knives I have seen and held. Thanks Bob! We love you and coming by your shop is always such a great pleasure!
Wow, my Henkel knives are sharper than they have ever been! We were so pleased we brought a lot of our gardening tools. They are like new again. Owner is wonderful, a real artisan.
