I went to this urgent care because I was concerned I might have an infection. I called a surgeon beforehand, and she advised me to go to urgent care, which is exactly what I did. The front desk staff was kind, and the medical assistant was also very nice. However, the medical assistant incorrectly documented my medical history as including a C-section, despite the fact that I have never had a child. I had a great visit at Bozeman Health’s B2 UrgentCare Main Street location in Bozeman. Both Haley the MA and Hannah the PA were friendly, listened to my concerns and answered my questions directly. Their excellent communication made me feel like I was getting the best care possible. I highly recommend this location for your urgent care needs.
