Dr. Vlases has been such a terrific advocate for managing my diabetes and the support staff are outstanding and friendly. Very appreciative for their service. Due to staff shortages they only are able to do nurse appointments for A1C checks at 11:45 and 3:45 a few days a week. This is very inconvenient for those who work and can’t break away in the middle of the day at those times. I asked if there was flexibility for mornings and was told these are the only spots they allow for these appointments.
