Dr Ferguson is the WORST. Rude, arrogant, doesn’t listen, no compassion. She will literally not listen to a word you say. After a few very traumatic visits I’m so happy to say I never have to walk into this clinic again. It will be very hard for me to trust medical staff ever again. :(

My provider, Eileen Ralicke, is hands down THE BEST provider I’ve ever seen. I’m willing to pay out of pocket if my insurance ever decided to not cover her practice. Eileen listens to me and actively works to help my issues, I have a ton of medical stuff that ive been working to get help with and she’s single-handedly the driving force in my motivation to advocate for myself. I am an established patient with a PA that recently joined the practice. I have had issues not with my physician, she has been a good advocate for me and my health issues but I have always had issues with getting refills of my medication. I received a phone call from the office and was told I was being rude and loud. I was trying to be neither.
