Abby did a great job with the ultrasound, with what would have otherwise been a very awkward experience/procedure her professionalism and bedside manner made it very easy and comfortable as it could be. I forget the woman's name who helped check me in, but she also did a very good job. There was a mix up with my referral and she was able to track it down and get it sorted faster than I could even get someone from VA on the phone, so great job there as well and thank for your assistance and patience.

They scheduled me an apt then three hours later cancelled it. The two women who I spoke to about rescheduling were rude and not helpful. I’m very disappointed. I won’t return.

I went in for knee pain which i almost never do. Dr. Cassie Springer, the nurse practitioner, and RN Mendy spent so much time assessing my pain, and explaining my options on how to proceed. Very positive eye opening healthcare experience- E especially for someone who goes the "holistic" route 90% of the time. I'm really thankful for this team and looking forward to my rehabilitation. Front desk was also professional & straightforward. Thank you.
