My doctor at Bozeman Health Belgrade is absolutely wonderful and amazing. This review is ONLY for the billing/finance department. Today I spoke with a girl over the phone in this specific department and her demeanor was dismissive, condescending, indifferent, and cold. A lot of people are struggling in the world right now and it makes me so sad to think that vulnerable patients have to be spoken to the way I was today. They cover everything from doctors to labs
Abby did a great job with the ultrasound, with what would have otherwise been a very awkward experience/procedure her professionalism and bedside manner made it very easy and comfortable as it could be. I forget the woman's name who helped check me in, but she also did a very good job. There was a mix up with my referral and she was able to track it down and get it sorted faster than I could even get someone from VA on the phone, so great job there as well and thank for your assistance and patience.
They scheduled me an apt then three hours later cancelled it. The two women who I spoke to about rescheduling were rude and not helpful. I’m very disappointed. I won’t return.
