They scheduled me an apt then three hours later cancelled it. The two women who I spoke to about rescheduling were rude and not helpful. I’m very disappointed. I won’t return.
I went in for knee pain which i almost never do. Dr. Cassie Springer, the nurse practitioner, and RN Mendy spent so much time assessing my pain, and explaining my options on how to proceed. Very positive eye opening healthcare experience- E especially for someone who goes the "holistic" route 90% of the time. I'm really thankful for this team and looking forward to my rehabilitation. Front desk was also professional & straightforward. Thank you.
This was the worst care I have ever received, they changed over $1,500 for 6 minutes of there time to tell me to take some ibuprofen and Tylenol for chest pains. After I let them know this had been going on for some time. They then sent me away so I went to a doctor's office in helena turns out I had some pretty serious problems going on. Good job bozeman health in being more worried and taking exuberant amounts of money from the community for half-ass healthcare you guys are part of the problem.
