This was the worst care I have ever received, they changed over $1,500 for 6 minutes of there time to tell me to take some ibuprofen and Tylenol for chest pains. After I let them know this had been going on for some time. They then sent me away so I went to a doctor's office in helena turns out I had some pretty serious problems going on. Good job bozeman health in being more worried and taking exuberant amounts of money from the community for half-ass healthcare you guys are part of the problem.
This place is gonna get someone killed if they haven't already. My sister was taken here after coughing for a week straight and they ignored every symptom she had that pointed towards pneumonia. She had a fever and everything and they just ignored it. If your child or family member is sick don't take them here, take them somewhere else that will actually help them.
I've been going here for 5 almost 6 years and have only ever faced kindness, understanding, and the want to help from my personal care team. Cassie Springer and her team have been my go to for several years now, and they have and are helping me with the ridiculous amount of health issues I face on a regular basis, and I am forever grateful to them all.
