I hired this company to install a Kohler shower door. They ended up invoicing me to account for their employee's inexperience. They added in about 5 hours of prep time ($500) to allow themselves time to learn how to perform the installation; when I questioned them about this, they advised that the directions for this product were wrong (which led to them drilling incorrectly into my shower tile, causing the need for them to replace tile as well) and because the product was "unexpectedly complicated" they thought it fair to a... read more

I hired Peter to do a door replacement. Although his business is extremely busy, he took the time to reach out, explain his schedule constraints, and arrange for the door replacement. Even with an unforeseen issue with the door opening, he calmly explained the situation and he adroitly made the modifications necessary.
