Even though I have medical insurance, they insisted upon full payment at time of first office visit, (To be fair, they did warn me about this, though I wasn't expecting a $689 charge for a routine physical) It is now 13 days after my Insurance company has shown they have paid the bill, and Bozeman Clinic says they have no record yet of insurance payment, and that if I come in again for anything else, they will continue to hold any money they do receive. I've never seen this money management practice before from a Medical org... read more
