The crew at Bozeman camera is fantastic! Not only did they clean my sensor in an hour but they also removed a couple marks that no one has been able to in the past. Superb job Bozeman Camera, I will be back!
These people are the definition of incredible customer service. I had a drone fail after a shoot this week, so we called over to the shop and asked if we could pick up a new one after hours. Not 6 pm, not 7 pm. 11:30 pm. The staff was HAPPY to wait for us and make sure we had what we needed at no additional charge. Thanks for the hospitality and support. Would recommend to anyone looking for a shop that goes above and beyond on every aspect����
I went into Bozeman camera was excited since there are very few camera shops left. The owner was helping another customer at the time. The other employee who helped me was very cold. Asked to look at film camera lenses he kept telling me they are for film cameras. I explained to him I had a sony and mounts for them he seemed to not listen and kept telling me the sony lenses are in a different spot. I have been to multiple camera stores across the US and every one has been very inviting and helpful. I will probably never shop... read more
Huge thank you to Brian and the rest of the team at Bozeman Camera for helping with the purchase of my new telephoto lens. Brian was extremely knowledgable and helpful throughout the entire purchase. He was kind enough to also do micro-adjustments on my camera bodies so they'd have optimal performance with my new lens. Thank you so much!
I have had nothing but great, friendly, knowledgeable service from Bozeman camera. I bought a tripod and case yesterday. And the salesman(sorry didn't catch his name) showed me every little detail on the tripod and helped me with a case. He also cleaned up my lens for me. It was really busy in there and everyone was so friendly. Thanks for helping me hopefully become a better photographer!
