We signed a contract for our house to be built in February 2017 and were promised by the office manager that our house would be completed by September of 2017. We had sold our house and needed to be in by October 1st. Our house was not completed until June of 2018. During the process we had numerous contractors contacting us looking for money because they were not being paid by Bozek. To start the outside of the house was already completed prior to contract in October of 2017. Once under contract we were able to pick the inside with the selection of choices they gave us and we were told the house would be completed in December. When December came around no drywall, 2 months and there had been nothing done. We were told end of January, end of January not completed. It’s now April and still not done.
