My experience with this funeral home and dealing with Ronnie was unacceptable. I had many friends who tried to livestream my mother’s service, but they dropped the ball and none were able to get on. This included my mother’s son-in-law who was home sick with Covid. I have used them 3 times and they are great before, during and after the funerals. They give you assistance afterwards in getting your affairs together.

My daughters father passed away tragically. We were lied to about the funeral homes attempts to contact his only child and I was lied to about critical information being relayed by the medical examiner. Finally, I was shamed by one of the funeral home directors for not doing enough to support a person with mental health issues. This was a horrible experience for us. when my mom passed away I was lost and Ronny took care of everything for me. He was always there for my family. Then 2 years passed and my Dad passed he was there again for us. Everyone is so nice and they take care of your loved one. If something is wrong and needs fix they take care of it right then. The most compassionate people and up most respect for your loved one that gives you a peace of mind that everything it being taken care of in the way you would want it to be. The memorial video of my dad and the digital oil painting was awesome thank you for all that you did.
