I’m a reader so like everyone, checked reviews when my eye dr referred me to Dr.Bozdech. Initial appt was short & sweet, Dr. B was very professional. First surgery went well but I had an issue so had to go in a few days after my initial recheck, he was very kind. Second eye was done & went well. Had eye surgery with Doctor Bozdeck a d everything went great. The Doctor explained everything really good what to expect and the care after and appointments after surgery were all really good and helpful. Thank you for the great experience.
Came in with my mother for her appointment as afterwords for what she needs she will need help getting home. Got there 30 minutes early to an empty waiting room, she was called back right away and they dilated her eyes then sent her back to a second waiting area. While we are waiting both areas get absolutely flooded with more patients. 2 hours of waiting and we are watching people come and go, now 1.5 hours past her scheduled appointment time and she has still not seen the doctor at all. Cant speak about the doctor, but the staff is just aweful. Drove an hour and a half for the apointment to find the office closed. Called to find out apointment was changed, even tho I was not informed. Staff was very rude about it, and just all around unprofessional.
