The person answering the phone is so rude you can’t even get to the appointment part of the phone call. I’ll never go here. Rude, rude, rude.
Dr. Ted and Marcia Bozarth are amazing! They take a special interest in their patients, and truly care about each and every one. I've known them since they moved to El Dorado Springs when I was very young. Ted even took the time to ride a carnival ride (the Scrambler) with me when my parents didn't want to take me. I knew then I'd be a patient for life. I was a bit nervous when in the dentist chair when I was young, Ted was always aware of that and made me comfortable. I'm now in my 50s.
