What stood out to me the most is the inability of Riccobene & Associates to communicate billing questions and charges not approved in treatment plan. I have been battling issues with services for months now.
The entire Riccobene Family Dentistry practice is awful. They are the least caring group of dentists that my family of 5 has ever seen, and only motivated by greed/money and not by providing good care.
My appointment was at 10:00 am and the hygienist had me on her schedule for 11:00 am. Scheduling error for sure! So I had to sit in the waiting room for an hour. Their website said someone would contact me because I gave them a 5 out of 10 rating, but nobody ever did.
Don't make the horrible mistake of seeing Dr. Rich, like I did.. I sat in his chair, came to arrangement and paid him. He then decided to not do what was agreed on, after he had the money.. I was flat out lied too, and the work that he did complete needs fixed... What a nightmare... stay away from him... he crooked...
Terrible practice. Overpriced on procedures and will recommend unnecessary work to be done. This place is a joke. It's nice to see all the updates and new office opening up with all the money they've been funneling from patients. Now if only the façade of them actually caring about our community would be true. I wouldn't take my dog to this place. Don't be fooled by these fools!

i went there first with my husband for teeth cleaning, everything was great,then i went 2 times after. i love that place.. it's clean, fast service & the music is cool Marlyse (Andrew'S mom)
Dr Bozart has an extremely large practice, 14 dentist! Some work there full times others work one day a week. I am sure they must have some good dentist but my son got a dentist that was rough, burnt his tongue and didn't give him enough novacane. He came out of the office with six meds including hydrocoden for a root canal, that's wrong. Very dissatisfied with the initial dentist and the pain he still has with a payment of 1700! Beware of the dentist you get and the credential they have.
