The same day pediatric clinic has always been so easy to schedule and get in when needed! So grateful it is an option, especially on the weekends and evenings.
Amazing doctors and nurses. All of them have been wonderful. No complaints on staff care. But the wait time is absolutly ridicilous. Ive been waiting over an hour past our appt time to see the doctor. I feel they over book and keep people waiting long amounts of time . Its very rude. Dont over book if you cant see people in a timely manor. We stay with boystowm because the care teams are so wonderful. But the wait time is just rude.
It’s a great place. I’ve been going here for years. But I called to make an appointment and the receptionist named Shannon was very rude when trying to make an appointment. Very disappointed.
