It’s a great place. I’ve been going here for years. But I called to make an appointment and the receptionist named Shannon was very rude when trying to make an appointment. Very disappointed.

I am very disappointed with the unprofessionalism that my husband was treated with at same day pediatrics. We have been using Boystown Pediatrics & Same day Peds as needed for over 20 years. Never have I ever dealt with anything like I did on Sunday February 9, 2025. I called to schedule an appointment first of all and had a hard time doing that due to phone issues that the schedulers did not report to anyone. I have came to Boystown since my boys were babies. I never really had a problem with them until these couple of last months where I kind of felt that the doctor wasn’t really caring about my children’s health just recently. I took my child in for a check up Because he was having a fever going on five days with a fever. The doctor totally dismissed everything and said he should be fine to give him some rest the next day he wasn’t fine. He was a little bit worse ended up taking him to the Children’s Hospital.
